Discussion Of Needs

Development of Scope and Quote
We will review and explain your completed project plans and will show you examples of the quality products that we will use to complete your project. We will also review and provide your project’s plan and specifications in writing along with an exact quote. During this visit we also review possible financing options for your project.
Design Collaboration & Final Changes
In this final phase, we will create a design of your project based upon our initial discussion of needs. Then we will meet to discuss and review the design and project giving you ample opportunity to approve and make changes before we begin. We will also reach out to secure any permits and HOA approvals.
